Two new sponsors for World Cup 2010

Global food supplier Seara and Swiss watchmaker Hublot have both signed exclusive sponsoring deals for the World Cup 2010 in South Africa. Seara and Hublot fill up the two remaing spots for official World Cup sponsors, joining other international companies supporting the prestigious tournament.

Hublot’s brand will be visible during 2010 World Cup games on the referee’s stoppage time boards, and the Swiss company will also create and introduce a special collection of watches just for the football event. This deal will also make Hublot the official timekeeper for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil under similar terms. Hublot has sponsored before the Swiss national football team in numerous occasions, most recently in the 2006 World Cup and 2008 European Championship competitions, and was one of the first brands to get involved in this field.

Seara will be sponsoring the World Cup tournament for the first time, but is already an official sponsor for the Brazilian national football team as well as Robinho and the Santos Football Club. The company delivers healthy high quality food in a variety of countries all over the world.
